The Eden Advance fly rods are built to deliver cutting-edge performance at a seriously affordable price. Designed for everyday fly fishers who want quality without the premium price tag, the Advance range offers a smooth medium-fast action that suits a wide range of casting styles, waters and skill levels.
Made from high-modulus graphite, these rods generate excellent line speed, accuracy and feel. They’re easy to cast, responsive in the hand, and offer enough power for wind, larger flies and confident fish fighting, while still protecting lighter tippets when finesse matters.
The build quality is exceptional for the price. Each rod features a stunning aluminium reel seat with model details etched into the top, saltwater-safe guides, low-friction stripping guides and durable chrome snake guides right through to the tip. Every Eden Advance rod is 4-piece and comes in an embroidered Cordura-lined hard tube with a zip opening and easy ID model labelling.
For best performance, we recommend matching each rod with the correct line weight as marked on the blank.

Warranty & Service
All Eden rods are covered by a 10-year warranty with section replacement available for just $80. Best of all, we keep spare sections in-store, allowing us to process Eden warranty claims faster than almost any other fly rod brand.

Eden Advance 7’6” 3 Weight
Built for the reality of overgrown Aussie trout streams, the 7’6” 3 weight makes life easier where long rods quickly become a liability. The shorter length helps you cast beneath shrubbery, dodge blackberries, flick into tight pockets and keep control when there’s bugger-all room behind you.
It loads nicely at close range, protects light tippets, and delivers a single dry or small nymph with the sort of accuracy small-stream fishing demands.
Eden Advance 8ft 4 Weight
Perhaps the sweetest rod in the range. The 8ft 4 weight is extremely light and delivers a single fly with superb accuracy. The soft tip helps protect light tippets, while the stronger midsection gives you enough reserve power for dry-dropper rigs. If small streams are your thing, this is the one.
Eden Advance 9ft 5 Weight
Arguably the most versatile rod in the range. The high-modulus graphite gives the rod excellent feel, making it easy to time your cast, while still offering enough power to punch through wind. It has enough softness to fish 5X confidently, making it ideal for mid-sized to larger streams and rivers.
Eden Advance 9ft 6 Weight
A brilliant choice for Tasmania, New Zealand, lakes, larger rivers and even light saltwater. The 9ft 6 weight handles bigger flies, windy conditions and stronger fish with confidence. At this price point, the Eden Advance 6 weight is in a class of its own.
